RuleLens is served over HTTPS from Fly.io. Its primary deployment region is Singapore (Fly.io region code sin).

RuleLens requests only the read-only Shopify scope read_products. Shopify exposes the selected product, collection rules, variant inventory quantity, and packaged-weight measurement used by RuleLens through that scope. RuleLens does not write Shopify catalog data.

RuleLens evaluates those values during the request and does not persist diagnostic results, product or collection selections, or catalog content. Only Shopify app session records required for authentication are persisted.

On app uninstall and verified shop-redaction notifications, RuleLens deletes the persisted sessions for that shop. RuleLens application access logs retain the request path, method, status, and timing, but remove the complete query string before each log line is written. This notice describes RuleLens application-level handling; Shopify and Fly.io may maintain separate operational logs under their own controls.
